GOSHA RUBCHINSKIY offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and collaborative items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity tags remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our atelier will inspect the items for quality assurance before issuing a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
